Why it's called Qleer Minds
You can't hit a target you can't see.
Most founders we talk to aren't short on ideas. They're running two businesses in their head and finishing neither. Everything is open to you, and that's exactly the problem.
So we start by taking the noise away. Sleep, food, clean water, heat, training, and a room full of people who will tell you the truth about your business. Once the noise is gone, the work gets fast.

The business bit
I built a content marketing agency to over $25,000 in monthly recurring revenue. Then I realised I didn't actually enjoy running an agency, so I stepped back. I still work with some of my old clients, around $7K a month for two hours of work a week. Today I build AI automations for companies and I'm building a health brand.
Why this trip exists
Six months ago I paid $1,000 for a two-day event. I met business owners I still speak to. When I have a problem in my business, I call them and we work through it together. That's what this trip is for: time to work, share what you know, and leave with people you'll keep calling.

Five minutes to explain your business while nobody talks. Then the room takes it apart from every angle.

On paper it's personal branding day. Really it's about why you aren't posting, and the fear behind it.

Content Day
Plan and shoot content for your business, with feedback from the group and a photographer in the house.

Out of the Villa
Five hours away from the laptops. A boat, a hike, whatever the island gives us that week.

Claude Day
Morning: everyone to the same level in Claude Code. Afternoon: teams of three, four hours, a business that can run from Bali. Everyone votes, never for their own team.

One guest from e-commerce, AI automation or personal branding, picked for what the group needs most.

Sauna & Recovery
Massage, ice bath, and in the evening a Scandinavian ceremonial sauna. Five rounds, in and out.

The rest of the room takes the chair. At night we name the Qleer Patron and throw the party. Drink if you want to. You don't have to.

The villa

Who is this trip for?
Founders in their 20s who already have something running and can feel there's more. Maybe you're stuck between two directions. Maybe you've hit a ceiling. If you want a holiday, book a holiday.
How many people are joining?
Nine founders plus the three of us.
Do I need to hit an income threshold?
No fixed number. We look at what you're building and whether you'd make the room better.
Do I need to know Claude Code?
No. Claude Day starts from zero and gets everyone to the same level before the build starts.
Can I keep my business running?
Yes. Every day has two long work blocks and a real desk to work at.
Who is the secret guest?
Someone from e-commerce, AI automation or personal branding. We decide once we know the group.
When should I arrive and leave?
Arrive in Ubud on 1 December, leave on 10 December. You book your own flights.
How do I pay?
We go through it on the call once you've been invited.
